Crusaders Attendance & Participation Policy
The Crusaders program is built on commitment, teamwork, and consistent effort. Attendance and active participation are essential for both individual development and team success.
Practice Attendance
Players are expected to attend all scheduled practices. Unless there are extenuating circumstances that have been previously discussed with coaches, missing both practices in one week will result in the player sitting on the bench during the following game. Players who are required to sit out must still attend the game. Failure to attend the game to avoid sitting out will result in removal from the team.
Season Attendance Limit
The season is approximately two months in length. If a player misses a total of three (3) practices, games, or any combination of the two during the season, they will be removed from the team.
Playing Time Expectations
Playing time is earned through consistent attendance, effort and focus during practice, and demonstrated improvement and teamwork. It is not fair to players who consistently show dedication and growth to have reduced opportunities due to teammates who are not committed.
Commitment to the Team
Being part of the Crusaders means showing up prepared, giving full effort, and respecting your teammates’ time and dedication. Coaches are committed to developing players who are equally committed to the team.
Agreement
I have read and understand the code of conduct and attendence policy. I agree to follow these rules and accept the consequences if they are broken. Parents will hold their children accountable.
